DO NOT BUY My Guinea pigs always loved this brand, but I refuse to buy it now after finding so many horrible things inside of the bags. Things like giant dead bugs, rocks, and recently parts of what appears to be a dead bird. I have nightmares about what else could be in there that they might try and eat. Please try harder to fix this problem! I love this brand and I am disappointed that I can’t buy it anymore
Some Good, Some Dangerous I have long assumed Oxbow hay is the best hay in the market, and I hope I am wrong. I have been using this hay for about 5-6 months and it’s been off and on in quality. Received wrong item!!!! I’ve repeated this order many times and I’ve never had any issues, however this time we received what looks like a bail of hay which on the box says it’s 25lbs! I ordered a 40 oz bag and I typically wouldn’t be upset to get more for free, but this hay is extremely hard/crunchy.
