Sturdy indoor rabbit cage I seldom write reviews but thought Iâd share my experience with the rabbit cage. First, it was delivered to my door in under 48 hours which was amazing! This is a super sturdy cage in my opinion and we have a dairy goat farm where weâve had experience with a lot of animal housing. Hedgehog This cage is great for my little hedgie! Plenty of room for his toys and a large wheel. I removed the wire bottom and have the upper lever as low as it can go. Hedgie parents know how clumsy they can be! I love how deep the pan is so he can have lots of room to bury. I keep his food and water on the top of the upper level and it keeps him from pooping in his food (eww I know). Good cage but messy for rabbits We’ve used this cage for nearly 3 years now. It is a nice size for a couple of small rabbits and has convenient doors on the top and side. The entire top of the cage also flips open easily when you need a larger access to put in litterboxes etc. The ramp and platform don’t really work for rabbits because they detach them to toss around.The one issue, which is common with indoor rabbit cages is that it is not sufficient to contain the urine.
