Whoopise…………… Didn’t realize that I bought for Guinea Pigs, but our rabbits do like it. Though I am a little disappointed in the recent quality of this brand. I’ve bought this brand for rabbits for over a year and noticed the last six months that much of the contents are just dust and very tiny particles. The quality isn’t there like it used to be. Not sure if I will be buying this now, but instead have bought dried products online and made my own “Sun Salad”, which maybe a little more money to buy…
It’s basically just dried plants and veggies for guinea pigs and rabbits. I like this product for my guinea pigs. After trying it a few years ago from a pet store, my piggies loved it, and I’ve been buying it ever since. I think the price is a little high for guinea pig forage, especially since much of it is bits of hay and pellets, with fillers of course, however buying the 3 pack saved me about 3 dollars. I have seen the formula change a little over the last few years, not as much of the good stuff, but my piggies still enjoy it.
Great for portion control My pig just loves this mix! I buy her special adult food that does not come with any variety and sprinkle just a bit of this over her pellets. I’m able to control how much extra goodies she gets rather than the typical food.
