Don’t use the spout it comes with! I’ve been using these glass bottles for my rats for 15 years, but have always had trouble with the lid and no water coming out. Just go to Wal-Mart, buy the cheapy plastic bottle and only use the lid, fits the glass bottle perfectly, doesn’t leak and always watch for bubbles to make sure your pet is getting water out. I gave it 4 stars because i have to spend extra to get it to work right, but the glass is much better for chewers and for seeing the bubbles. This lid trick works for the large…

Crap, do NOT BUY!!!! Crap, crap, crap!!! Do not buy, till they fix this. Kills your animal if you don’t keep good eye on them as it gets stuck not working after a few licks….get this off the market or fix. Thank goodness we keep really good eye on her, she was getting NO WATER!!!!!

DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!! Length:: 0:17 Mins There is a fault with these bottles where the double-ball keeps bubbles in the tube and doesn’t allow water to flow freely. Noticed my mice were desperately trying to get water. The larger ball sticks and it hard for me to even push it in to get water flow. I took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly just to be safe. Still no luck. We ended up buying a cheaper bottle and switching out the tips. Has worked but they chew up the plastic no matter what…
