The best thing I did for my guinea pig was switching him to these pellets…. I am a stickler when it comes to feeding my animals the best food I can. Yes a guinea pig is not an expensive pet to obtain but that does not make them any less important than any other animal you would own. Very satisfied! I bought my first bag in April 2018 because I wanted more healthy pellets for my guinea pigs. I was using forti-diet pellets before and although they liked them I did research and saw all the horrible ingredients. I heard about Sherwood from skinnypigs1 on youtube and bought it asap. So glad I switched! Donât be afraid of Alfalfa!! I used to use the Oxbow guinea pig pellets and am so glad I switched to Sherwood! I love the ingredients and love that there arenât many fillers and it doesn’t have many sweeteners. I used to use the Oxbow as a treat because the piggies would sit and eat all their pellets and not eat their hay as much if I fed the proper amount. Since Sherwoodâs pellets are healthier and more like us eating a salad versus candy, I can leave the proper amount of pellets in their bowl and they will go back and…
