Cedar is not safe for rabbits! Okay so I was really excited about this hutch for my rabbit. I ordered it and put it together yesterday. When the pieces first came out of the box there was a strong smell.. I did not realize this was made out of cedar. Cedar is POISONIOUS to rabbits. This should never be used for a bunny. The smell literally harms their liver. Do not buy this or any cedar product for your rabbit. Now I have to disassemble it and return it. Donât make my mistake.
