Good quality and design, minimizes waste, low profile Like most rabbit owners i was tired of seeing all the wasted Timothy hay wasted away at the bottom of our bunnies cage. I bought some other terrible wire based hangars, but ended up with the same result. I am very satisfied with this design, as it actually holds the hay and minimizes waste. The construction is solid, and the metal grate has a good quality spring to hold down the hay. In addition, it also has a low profile mount with a turn /screw style mount. Overall happy with the purchase.
Great for guinea pigs! So easy to load with hay. Great size and nice large grate so I can give my guinea pig the longer stranded hay, which is better for them and usually difficult to get to through hay feeders. It was delivered in very careful packaging, so I appreciated that too.
A Quality Product That Solved a Messy Problem This doesn’t require a long review. It’s a very well made product. The plastic is heavy duty and the spring is tight and solid. It has reduced the amount of wasted hay and it as eliminated the mess. The hay is held securely in place once loaded. It’s a easiest to load when laying it flat but it’s not practical to detach it every day. Regardless, it has been the best solution I’ve found and now my ravenous ravenitis piggy has enough for a 2 day stretch. Well done.
