Wonât dispense water!!! Pets almost died of dehydration!!! This water bottle has double ball bearings in the drinking tube to prevent leakage. This seems like a good idea except that the small rats we have couldnât get it to dispense more than a drop and when I checked it I had no better success than they did. I am a metal worker so I took it out in my shop and modified it by removing one of the two balls which most people wouldnât have the tools on hand to do. Great at first I love the battle in general, design, glass material and was pretty with it for 6months. Recently I’ve noticed my hampster being frustrated while trying to get the water.It turned out the battled stopped dispensing the water, got a new one from Petsmart.If you decide to buy it despite negative reviews( like I did) I would suggest keeping an eye on it.
