Load it right and it last for a couple days without having to refill I love this, we have 2. It keeps our rabbit cage or hutch (depending if they are inside or outside) clean and holds a ton of hay if you stuff it right. Attached is a picture of it loaded with oat hay, but we also feed the rabbits orchard grass and Timothy hay from this hay manger. Having the spot for the salt rock is a bonus. I would not put hay in it in the way that the seller advertises because the rabbits or guinea pigs can’t get it out very well and it doesn’t hold as much.
My Piggies Love It I bought this to give my guinea pigs some exercise and a challenge while they eat their beloved veggies. They love eating out of this basket! It hangs well from the top of their cage. They eat on a second level so it is reachable when hung from the top bars. The only problem I can think of is that the holes are somewhat large, so small carrots and such will easily fall out.
