Report just in: Local bunnies protest after being offered icky treats! Would you like to know more? Both of my rabbits absolutely refused to even try this treat – even when I tried the usual tricks like getting excited about it or using it as a reward. Every attempt was met with pouts and glares. Three days later the treats I offered them are still decorating my floor. Since they are rock solid perhaps they could be fashioned into some sort of bunny armor. Go forth bun warriors and nibble those grasses!
Less Sugar, More Treats I love Oxbow’s Simple Rewards. I have bought them for my bunny since day one, and she’s loved every single treat she’s tried. The veggie treats are my favorite and most trusted because, while she loves the bananas, strawberries, and apples, these don’t have as much sugar and are healthier to have as a regular part of her diet. Her favorite thing to do is forage for treats in her hay, and with these veggie treats, she’s able to do that every day without me worrying about her guts.
