Great healthy food for your Guinea Pig I have been using this product for approximately 1 year now and have gotten it on Amazon for almost the same amount of time. I get the best price via Amazon Subscribe and Save and I do not have to run out to the store. I have only had one issue where the bag was ripped slightly and the product had partially spilled into the shipping box, but that did not appear to be an issue with the product and it is in a very durable bag. Amazon quickly resolved the issue. My daughter’s guinea…
Mostly dust The bag consists of mostly dust. Also you should NEVER feed them this many treats. I usually get a “crappy” bag and a bag of Oxbow then mix them. We have 4 pigs so it is split between them and they don’t get fat. Ask your vet, this food is too fatty…. if you get any food. I don’t know about anyone else but my pigs won’t eat dust.
Rocks? No thanks. My guinea pig eats this just fine but I’ve found three of what appear to be some type of large rock in this particular bag and won’t be reordering. My pig is an old man with one eye that’s blind with cataracts already and if I hadn’t caught these who knows if he would’ve hurt his teeth on them. Not taking any chances.
