Not happy with this order I received a order of my normal ordered guinea pig food. This bag came and has blue and green pellets added into their usual food. They do not eat them and the picture of the bag do not show these blue and green pellets. Also i just found a rock 2″x2″ and 1/4″ thick in the bag. Not happy with this order!!
Works well for my almost 7-year-old piggie This is not a “fancy” food, but my guinea pig seems to really like it. Whenever she can see the bottom of her bowl, she makes her little squeaky “feed me” noises. I still feed her timothy hay separately and since she’s going on 7 years now, I’d say it’s a pretty good option for her.I do keep this food in the freezer, as I do all pet food. Great for the price I have the guinea pig equivalent of three amateur food critics. They’re whiny, loud, and quick to let you know if something is not good enough for their refined palates. While I received many complaints from all three pigs when I first served them their low quality entrees, the taste seemed to grow on them.
